Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients can book and pay with just their email — no password, no app to download. If you deliver content, they get a clean portal with a magic-link sign-in. The bar to becoming your client should be low, and it is.
How do payments and payouts work?
You connect your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect), so money lands directly with you — Minipod never holds your funds. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee; we don't add a cut on top of it. Deposits, packages, subscriptions, and installments are all supported.
Can I migrate from another tool?
Yes. Most coaches move over in an afternoon: recreate your offers, connect Stripe, and share your new link. You can import your client list, and we're happy to help if you have an existing course or active packages to bring across.
Do you take a percentage of what I earn?
No. Your plan is a flat monthly price. We don't take a percentage of your bookings or payments — what your clients pay, minus Stripe's fee, is yours.
What if I have several different offers?
That's the normal case. Run one-off sessions, multi-session packages, and recurring coaching side by side, each with its own price, availability, and content. They all show up on one storefront and one booking flow.
Is my data safe, and can I leave?
Your data is yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, payments run through Stripe (PCI-compliant — card details never touch us), and you can export your clients and records at any time. No lock-in.
Does it handle reminders and no-shows?
Automatically. Minipod sends email and SMS reminders before each session and can require a deposit at booking — the two things that quietly kill no-shows — without you lifting a finger.
